The general inspection of LED display screens adopts a "monthly inspection system", while the maintenance of large LED display screens follows a "weekly inspection system". The specific maintenance content and response speed promise:
1. LED display screen maintenance, including lamp tubes, modules, modules, power supplies, and control cards;
2. Maintenance of LED display screen control system, including controller, fiber optic conversion card, distributor, and transmission card;
3. LED display screen dedicated playback operation software, including maintenance and upgrading of playback software;
4. Regular (monthly) on-site inspections by technical personnel to inspect and maintain the system;
5. Guarantee for major events: The company's technical personnel provide guidance to ensure the smooth progress of on-site activities.
6. For outdoor LED display screens, damage caused by natural factors such as wind, rain, lightning, and electricity is not covered by the warranty. The owner needs to purchase insurance from the insurance company, and the insurance company will compensate for it.
7. During the maintenance service period, the repair problem should be resolved within 8 hours for general faults, and no more than 24 hours for major accidents. Repairs that require replacement of modules and other accessories should not exceed 24 hours. After the repair is completed, One Service ensures that the large screen does not have module level or above faults (such as module color deviation, module black, and one column not lit) and plays normally.
2、 Cleaning
For displays with lower protection levels, especially outdoor screens, dust in the atmosphere enters the equipment through ventilation holes, which can accelerate wear and even damage equipment such as fans. Dust can also fall on the surface of control devices inside the display screen, reducing thermal conductivity and insulation performance. In humid weather, dust absorbs moisture from the air and causes short circuits; In the long term, it can also lead to mold on PCB boards and electronic components, leading to a decline in the technical performance of the equipment and the occurrence of malfunctions. So, the cleaning of LED display screens may seem simple, but in fact, it is a very important part of maintenance work.
3、 Tightening
LED display screens are high power consuming devices. After running for a considerable period of time, due to multiple starts, stops, and operations, the wiring terminals of the power supply part may become loose due to cold and hot conditions, resulting in loose contact and virtual connections. In severe cases, they may generate heat and even ignite the plastic components next to them. The signal wiring terminals may also become loose due to changes in ambient temperature, and moisture erosion can lead to poor contact, leading to equipment failure. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly tighten the connectors of LED display screens. When adjusting fasteners, the force should be evenly and appropriately applied to ensure firmness and effectiveness.
4、 Clean the surface of the display screen
Visually inspect and inspect the LED display screen in both bright and black states. Including: whether the surface of the display screen is contaminated, with the aim of removing the influence of surface dirt on the luminous characteristics; Is there any damage or cracks on the surface of the display screen; Whether the communication distribution cable line is normal; For equipment with high protection levels, although highly reliable components and connectors are used, their airtightness becomes a key factor. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the integrity of the sealing area; For outdoor screen steel structures, surface paint and rust conditions should be checked; For outdoor screens with particularly severe surface pollution, it is necessary to clean the display surface.
The cleaning of LED display screens belongs to high-altitude operations and requires a professional cleaning team. The cleaning operation adopts the high-altitude lifting rope method (commonly known as Spider Man) or the hanging blue method, equipped with professional cleaning equipment. The cleaning personnel choose different cleaning agents based on the different dirt on the screen, and carry out targeted cleaning to ensure that the cleaning work of the LED display screen is completed without damaging the LED lamp tube and mask.
Two points to pay attention to when preparing for cleaning:
1、 Before cleaning, it is necessary to unplug the power cord.
2、 The selection of cleaning solution generally includes electrolyte, high-purity distilled water, anti-static liquid, etc. It is necessary to choose high-quality ones to effectively clean dust and other stains on LED screens.
Cleaning and maintenance are divided into three steps:
Step 1: Vacuum. First, suck and sweep away the dirt and dust on the surface of the display screen mask.
Step 2: Wet washing. Be careful not to spray the cleaning solution directly onto the screen, but to spray a small amount of cleaning solution onto the cleaning cloth and gently wipe in the same direction. You can also use a soft bristled brush on the vacuum cleaner to clean the lamp cover and remove any dirt.
Step 3: Drying. Use a vacuum cleaner to dry the water marks left after wet cleaning, ensuring that the display screen cover is clean and dust-free.
