Seven tips for improving the heat dissipation of indoor LED display screens

In practical applications, improving the heat dissipation of indoor LED display screens not only effectively improves the efficiency of LED display screen heat dissipation, but also achieves the effect of saving electricity, which is more conducive to improving the service life of LED display screens.
1. Fan cooling, using a long-lived and efficient fan inside the lamp housing to enhance heat dissipation, is a commonly used method with low cost and good results.
2. The most common way to dissipate heat is to use aluminum fins as a part of the shell to increase the heat dissipation area.
3. Aerohydrodynamics utilizes the shape of the lamp housing to create convective air, which is the lowest cost method for enhancing heat dissipation.
4. Surface radiation heat dissipation treatment: The surface of the lamp shell is subjected to radiation heat dissipation treatment. A relatively simple method is to apply radiation heat dissipation paint, which can radiate heat away from the surface of the lamp shell.
5. Integration of thermal conductivity and heat dissipation - The use of high thermal conductivity ceramics for lamp shell heat dissipation is aimed at reducing the working temperature of LED high-definition display screen chips. Due to the significant difference in the expansion coefficient between LED chips and our commonly used metal thermal conductivity and heat dissipation materials, LED chips cannot be directly welded to prevent high and low temperature thermal stress from damaging the LED display screen chips.
6. Heat transfer tube is used for heat dissipation, which uses heat transfer tube technology to transfer heat from the LED display screen chip to the shell heat dissipation fins.
7. The thermal conductive plastic shell is filled with thermal conductive materials during injection molding, thereby increasing the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation capacity of the plastic shell.
It can be seen that the maturity and progress of LED display screen heat dissipation technology will be beneficial for its economy. With the concept of environmental protection, LED electronic display screen manufacturers have various methods to improve the heat dissipation of LED display screens in their production. There will be different considerations for heat dissipation based on the power level and usage location.
