Sample Availability & Policy:
Paid samples are available in 3-7 days. Buyer covers the shipping cost, Sample fee can be deducted from the first order OEM & ODM sample lead time to be discussed.
We have an independent QC departmentto check the safety and quality of products under the standard checking procedure, and making the records according to the ISO requirement.
Warranties & Spare parts:
1. 1 year warranty
2. Provide some spare parts for each order depends on different items and relative service manual if needed
3. Quality complaint will be handled within 48h by our after-sales service team (6 professional staffs). Technical supports are provided any time by e-mail or phone.
1) If over the warranty period, we still offer free repairing service, just charge for some main parts cost if needed。
2) Quality complaint will be handled within 48 hours Quality issue : If product defective rate within 3%, it is industry standard which client need to accept it and cover the repairing by buyer side. Or send to ViewTech for free repairing at buyer shipping cost. ViewTech will give repairing parts and training. If in case defective rate is over 3%, ViewTech will cover one way shipping cost for these over rate units or provide needed parts to buyer do repairing.
Export Processing Support :
We provide the following services before shipment: buy insurance, shipment arrangement, export documents, CO, form A, Form F (as required). We have 5-8 years' long cooperated good shipping forwarder.
Communication Language :
Our foreign trade sales are proficient in both verbal and written English. Spanish,They can communicate with foreigners without obstacle.
