What is our warranty term ?
Warranty period: 12 Months after receiving goods. Pre-installation period: If any defective unit found within 7 days after receiving goods before pre-installation, ViewTech will be responsible for providing the solution within 48h, delivering required spare parts or replacement service with freight covered by ViewTech. Within warranty (12 months) period: After receiving quality feedback from customer, ViewTech will provide initial solution within 48h, and final solution within 7 days if quality issue is complicated. ViewTech will provide required parts if needed. If the unit can’t be repaired well after replacing spare parts, customer need to deliver the defective unit back ViewTech, but with good protection packing box and freight prepaid. ViewTech will deliver the repaired unit to customer with freight prepaid within one month. Over warranty period: ViewTech still provide free repairing service, but customer need to pay all shipping freight, required spare parts fees, etc.
