Q : What is you warranty term ?
A : ViewTech will repair at no charge to the buyer, any product found to be defective in material or workmanship or functions, under normal use and conditions, for a peiriod of 12 months, from the date of arriving buyer's destination.
During the warranty period, The Buyer will return the defective Product to ViewTech with freight prepaid. The defective product should be packed in either its original carton or a similar package with good protection.
ViewTech will return the repaired product with freight prepaid to the buyer.
If over the 12 months warranty period, ViewTech can still offer free repairing service, but the buyer pay both shipping ways freight, and pay the needed material/parts charge.
The warranty does not apply to following damage or failure caused by or resulting from:
* Failture to install or use the product in accordance with the instruction manual.
* Accident, neglect, abuse or acts of force majeure;
* Unauthorized repair or modification of the product;
* The TFT screen is not be covered by warranty, the customer will be responsible for any broken of TFT screen during the use;
* The series No. on the product has been removed or altered.

Repairing job at Buyer's side
Within normal defective rate, If buyer has professional technician to do the Repairing job, ViewTech can provide 3% (of total order qty) Spare parts free with Service instruction manual. And the shipping cost at buyer side. If defective rate is higher than guarranted rate, The spare parts and the shipping cost will be negotiated by both sides
Q : What is you Free replacement policy?
A : If defective unit found within 7days from the date buyer receive it, Buyer can return them back for replacement. (Must send back to us within 5 days after our approval)
The buyer and ViewTech is responsible for one way of shipping cost respectively
Q : How long is delivery time?
A : Sample order within 7 days under normal condition
Bulk order within 15 ¨C 20 days depend on the order qty
